This brand new hotel resort is located in the village of Viehhofen, which is the gateway to the Skicircus ski resort. The main centres of the area - Saalbach and Hinterglemm - are only a ten-minute drive from Viehhofen along the main road that winds through the Glemmtal valley.
The project offers 15 apartments and 18 hotel rooms with balcony or terrace. The complex also includes a cozy restaurant and a wellness centre.
The village of Viehhofen with the lower station of the zellamseeXpress cable car is 800 metres from the hotel.

The annual yield is an estimation for the first year of operation of the hotel resort, after the deduction of operating costs and management fees.
The prices of the apartments include one or two parking spaces, but do not include a furniture package valued at 41.000 - 73.000 €, depending on the apartment.
The prices of hotel rooms include complete furnishing and one parking space.

Both apartments and hotel rooms are dedicated for obligatory tourist rental.
The management company will take care of all the operation and management of the apartment, which includes:
Free use for private stays is only possible for the apartments and is expected to be for a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks per year.
Owners of hotel rooms are not entitled to free private stays, but are entitled to a 50 % discount on the normal room rate.
The apartments and hotel rooms within the complex are designed in a classic Alpine style, with high-quality materials playing the prominent role - from wooden parquet floors, through stone tiling and large-area tiles, to the equipment in the bathrooms and furniture in the living rooms and bedrooms.

As one of Austria's largest and most attractive ski resorts, Skicircus offers 270 kilometres of slopes of varying difficulty. The Skicircus lifts and slopes can be reached from Viehhofen by car or ski bus in 5 minutes whereas within next two years, Viehhofen will be connected to this ski area by a direct cable car. However, it is already possible to ski directly back to the aparthotel from the slopes above Saalbach via the blue slope No.168.
The ZellamseeXpress cable car with its lower station is located in the centre of Viehhofen, is not part of the Skicircus resort. As its name suggests, it leads from the Glemmtal valley to the Schmittenhöhe/Zell am See ski area.
Viehhofen thus lies directly on the link between the two large ski resorts, which should be fully connected by cable cars by 2026. In addition, Kaprun and the valley station of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier cable car are within a very pleasant distance of 20 km.
As is typical for Austria, the winter fun doesn't end with the ski slope. In the Glemmtal valley and on the surrounding slopes you can spend a beautiful winter day on cross-country skis, sledges, snowshoes or horse-drawn sleighs. In Saalbach you can go ice skating or curling.
