The apartment owners enter into a contract with the renowned operating agency ALPS RESORTS, which provides all management and operation, i.e.:
The expected occupancy in the third year of operation of the project should exceed 185 days and the expected return on investment is 5 % per year.
The apartments are spacious and offer a thoughtful layout of the individual rooms. The living room includes a branded kitchenette with full equipment. The bedrooms are furnished with quality boxspring beds for maximum comfort. Each apartment has access to a romantic terrace with views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The Stubai glacier needs no introduction to winter sports enthusiasts. It is the largest glacier ski area in Austria with 68 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, which you can ski on from October until the beginning of summer. From the highest point of the whole resort - the top station of the Wildspitz cable car at 3,210 metres above sea level - you can make a ten-kilometre descent to the valley car park (1,695 metres above sea level). At the top station of the Schaufeljoch cable car there is the Top of Tyrol viewing platform with spectacular views across the Austrian and Italian parts of Tyrol to the peaks of the Dolomites.
The area is extremely family-friendly. Children up to 10 years old ski for free and will appreciate the BIG Family Ski-Camp children's fun park, where they can have fun and learn to ski in a safe environment.
But the Stubai Valley offers much more than just glacier skiing. There are three other ski resorts in the valley itself - Schlick 2000, Serles and Elferbahnen, the former of which is less than a kilometre from the apartment house.
In summer, Stubaital is a popular destination for hikers. The Stubaier Höhenweg, or Stubai Alpine Route, which connects the mountain huts on both sides of the valley, is one of the most beautiful in the Alps. It takes seven days to cover 80 kilometres with an elevation gain of over 4,400 metres.
Cyclists can choose between relaxing trails in the valley or challenging mountain rides, such as the Schlick 2000. For summer adrenaline, paragliding from the Elfer, the Adventure Park Fulpmes rope park or the summer toboggan run on the Serlesbahnen offer a great thrill.
The local ferratas are similarly renowned. There are few places in Austria where you can find so many wonderful, secured trails in one area, such as the Elfer Nordwand or the challenging Fernau Express right next to the slopes on the Stubai Glacier.
Families with young children will enjoy the summer bobsleigh rides, the tree house trail (Baumhausweb) or the Serleswasser water world.
After a day of activities, you can relax at Kampler See Lake or in the StuBay wellness centre.
And just 20 kilometres from Fulpmes is Innsbruck, the metropolis of Tyrol, with its beautiful centre full of historical monuments, restaurants, shops and endless possibilities for a pleasant day out. For the return journey, you can also use the Stubaitalbahn tram line, which climbs 450 metres on its way from the Inn Valley to Fulpmes.
