The developer project Das Förstereck in Viehhofen is now entering its final stage. The grand inauguration is scheduled for July 6, 2024, and bookings for your forthcoming summer or winter stay are currently open via multiple accommodation portals, or our project's website.
The following are still up for grabs:
- Seven hotel rooms priced within the range of 219,000 and 269,000 EUR
- Six apartments with a price band from 449,000 to 969,000 EUR
The price tag on the hotel rooms includes furniture and a parking spot. However, for the apartments, furniture and parking spots come with an additional fee.
Positioned splendidly on the brink of two ski resorts and in close quarters of Zell am See, this project holds distinction as one of the most promising from a projected tourism rental yield and potential investment appreciation standpoint in our portfolio.
