The stable price growth and resistance to external fluctuations can be mainly attributed to the significant reduction of new developer projects and the issuance of a minimal number of building permits for additional accommodation facilities. Therefore, the project that we included in our portfolio this week, is a big exception within Schladming and its surroundings.
The project is a new apartment building complex with a total of 12 apartments, which will be located on a southern slope at the edge of the city, offering spectacular views of the nearby city center and the ski slopes of the Planai resort.
The lower station of this ski area can be reached by car in 3 minutes, or you can also use the ski bus which stops directly next to the apartments. The center of Schladming is
a walking distance away (7 minutes).
The apartments are intended for touristic rental, and owners will have the opportunity to use their apartment for personal stays:
- 3 weeks during the main winter season,
- 3 weeks during the main summer season,
- without restriction in off-peak seasons.
The apartment building is designed for demanding customers who are looking for an above-standard appreciation of their investment. We expect the apartments to be sold out long before the operational start, projected for themid-December of this year.
The basic prices of the fully furnished apartments, including one to two parking lots, range from 293,000 to 1,060,000 EUR.
