In May, we welcomed the third Swiss project to our portfolio, christened
Dent Blanche Resort. Nestled in the canton of Valais, where the towering alpine peaks surpassing 4,000 meters are not uncommon, and the awe-inspiring Mont Blanc feels almost touchable.
Our newest portfolio gem is nestled in the mountain village of Hérémance, on the eastern fringe of the renowned Les 4 Vallées ski area - the sprawling ski paradise in all of Switzerland. This project envisions a luxury hotel complex, encapsulating
nine buildings housing 87 apartments, eateries, a wine bar, boutiques, and a wellness center – all less than 400 meters from the beckoning ski lift.

for up to 6 weeks annually. With prices oscillating between 380,000 – 945,000 CHF.
